Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• Registration form
• Ticket Purchase

We use the information that you have given us in order to provide you with the best experience at the ball and ensure you are well catered for at the venue, to make sure your food is prepared according to any allergies or dietary requirements

We may share this information with Nottingham Village Hotel in order to provide security or catering services. This will be proportionate and necessary and will not include sharing of any financial information.
